Kudos to Stephanie Rummler, Mike Jones, and Brad Ferstenou for your leadership and organization for our Karcher Way Character Assemblies! Wipeout craziness outside was awesome! And.. thank you to each of our teachers for really crafting great messages for the students you chose for your awards, it means a lot to our students and their families! Thank you!
Kudos to Dustan Eckmann on a great final spring band concert! The students did an amazing job and I always am eager to see the additional skit performance!
Thank you to Suzanne Dunbar for setting up the Skype experience for some of our students with author Neal Shusterman! What a great experience for them!!!
Kudos to Stephanie Rummler and Mike Jones and a memorable trip to the University of Wisconsin-Madison for our NJHS students!
Great job to Eric Sulik, Wendy Zeman, and Sue Bekken for all the behind the scenes needs to set up our Cooper/Waller buddy afternoon at Karcher! And to each of our teachers and students for creating such great activities to do with each of your partner classes! Such an engaging and fun afternoon pulling together three buildings within our district!
And kudos again to Stephanie Rummler for assisting the student council and leadership students for creating a nice 8th grade farewell dance in the library/Ulab/conference room for our students! Thank you as well to Mike Jones, Jenny Geyso, Suzanne Dunbar, Stacy Stoughton, Rod Stoughton, and Kurt Rummler for coming to support and assist with the night! Stacy was Ben's partner for the bags tournament and they were the Bag Champions of the night!

I also want to share that Scott Staude will be joining our Karcher team at the start of the 2019-2020 school year! He will be replacing Grace Jorgenson and coming onboard as one of our 7th grade math teachers! We are excited to have Scott join our team! If you seem him wish him luck for Tuesday, they have sectionals for baseball, and congrats for joining Karcher in the fall!

Everyone is encouraged to attend.

Monday, June 3 - Jane's Retirement Party

This will start right after the staff meeting ends at The Rivalry. Appetizers and cake will be served!

Tuesday, June 4 - Day in the Middle & Afternoon Assembly Schedule

Schedule is linked on the calendar.
Students from Dyer will be coming over in the morning and then all of our students will be in the gym for an afternoon assembly schedule to listen to their peers performing the Pops Concert.

Rod Stoughton will email everyone to let you know when you should bring down your 7th hour... you might be holding them for a few extra minutes so that they are ready once everyone arrives!
So... check your emails from Rod prior to bringing down your 7th hour!

Tuesday, June 4 - Pops Concert in the Karcher gym @ 7:00pm.
Wednesday, June 5 - Staff potluck for lunch!

Please bring a dish to share as a final potluck goodbye to Grace Jorgenson, Ashley Parr, Ryan Heft, and Jane Peterson!!!

Wednesday, June 5 - No PLC - teacher work time.
Wednesday, June 5 - Briana Varnes's Wedding Shower right after school in the staff lounge! All are welcome to attend!
Thursday, June 6 - Field Day!

We will have subs from Subway and chips in the staff lounge for staff to grab throughout the lunch times!

Friday, June 7 - 8th grade recognition at 10:00 and half day with students leaving at 12:00. We are not extending the day by 7 minutes on the last day of school... we will be dismissing at 12:00!
